The Propinquity of You

It's not the pale moon that excites me...

Last Thursday, we officially booked Impromptu as our OTD coordinators. After depositing the downpayment, we immediately contacted them and sent a copy of the signed services agreement contract. They promptly faxed back a copy with their signatures. Now, we're just waiting for them to send us the client profile form. (Which, according to Dionne, has already been sent, but I haven't seen it yet. So as of presstime, I'm still waiting. :D )

OTD Coordinator - check!

Yesterday afternoon, we again met with Tet Hagape in order to finalize the designs, and also to make the downpayment. (Two downpayments on the same week! Not complaining... Nuninu!) Dionne's sister, Desire, was also there to give some input on her gown. Tet told us that she'll be sending us a copy of the designs, as she knows that some of her clients do blog their preps. We excitedly told her that we're one of them. Hehe! Expect the designs to be posted as soon as we get them! ;)

Couturier - check!

That thrills and delights me, oh no...

Last Friday, we went out with our SML friends. Before meeting them, we passed by National Bookstore. Luckily, they were already selling the latest Wedding Essentials mag. Dionne says this was way better than the Metro one and the previous WE issue. Haven't read it yet, but the pictures do look good, especially the cakes. Oh, the cakes...

We met with our friends beside the skating rink at Megamall. Benj, the DSL man, has already chronicled the night's events here. I just hope Richie does take a vacation next year to attend our wedding. Take care Richie! See you when you get back.

It's just the propinquity of you...

SM San Lazaro is now open! As expected, thousands of people flocked into the new mall. We thought that the flood of people would have died down by Sunday, but no... It was still midnight-sale-ish full! At 3PM! We were not able to go to the upper levels, but what we saw was promising enough. It has a Gonuts Donuts, Congo Grille, St Paul's, and the usual lineup of stores. I think it also has a Burger King but we haven't seen it yet. There were still lots of closed stores, like Goldilocks, which were set to open by the end of July or by the middle of August. I hope the crowd would be better by then. Quantity-wise, at the least.

Until then, it's still SM City Hall for us. Though we may attempt to go(nuts) there once in a while. ;)

the best talaga yung song na yun, chris. =) OTD means on-the-day. bride talk. together with h2b (husband to be), MOH (maid of honor), MIL (mother in law), etc... hihi!
