American History ... What??

Yesterday, as I was about to have my afternoon nap, Dionne enticed me into watching a movie instead. American History X was it.

Dionne already saw the movie and wanted to watch it again, saying that it was one of the best movies ever, with a frontal nudity from Edward Norton! Uhm... OK...

With nachos in hand, we loaded the movie as we sat on the bed.

First scene: Bed scene with loud moaning. Wow, this ain't that bad after all. Hehe.

First disappointment: The frontal nudity scene was cut out. Yey!

And then the talking started.

"Derek!"

And that's the only thing we understood... The movie was dubbed in German (or so we think)!

Sheesh. Never mind. Just get another copy. Hopefully, it'll be in English this time.

Not wanting to waste the nachos, we loaded Leon instead.

Just like the time when we got a copy of The Aviator. It was in French!

We still have that copy. Hoping that someday we (Dionne, at least) will be fluent enough to understand it.
